F\u00f6r att leverera den perfekta kundupplevelsen kr\u00e4vs en kombination av digital och fysisk upplevelse. Med \u00f6ver 30 \u00e5rs erfarenhet av operativa tj\u00e4nster inom retail vet vi vad vi pratar om, och i en digital v\u00e4rld blir det personliga m\u00f6tet allt viktigare.<\/span><\/p>

Retail 3.0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

F\u00f6rr kunde vi se att inflytandet \u00f6ver konsumenten l\u00e5g hos leverant\u00f6rer och varum\u00e4rken. Senare fick butiker och \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare ett allt st\u00f6rre inflytande p\u00e5 konsumenternas beteende. Idag vet vi alla att det \u00e4r konsumenten som styr marknaden. Genom \u00e5ren har vi utvecklat ett antal tj\u00e4nster som hj\u00e4lper dig som leverant\u00f6r och \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare att hantera detta, vi kallar det Retail 3.0.<\/span><\/p>

V\u00e5ra tj\u00e4nster \u00e4r till stor del operativa och vi ser det personliga m\u00f6tet som en avg\u00f6rande framg\u00e5ngsfaktor.<\/span><\/p>

Tillsammans med v\u00e5ra nordiska partners i\u00a0Nordic Retail Network (NRN)<\/a>, genomf\u00f6r vi aktiviteter i Norden.
