Men vad inneb\u00e4r det egentligen att vara kundorienterad och hur lyckas du med det samtidigt som det finns h\u00f6gt uppsatta s\u00e4ljm\u00e5l?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad inneb\u00e4r det att vara kundorienterad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Att vara kundorienterad inneb\u00e4r att du g\u00f6r aff\u00e4rer p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som ger kunden en positiv upplevelse f\u00f6re och efter k\u00f6pet. Du str\u00e4var efter att st\u00e4rka kundlojaliteten f\u00f6r att kunden ska v\u00e4lja att \u00e5terkomma till dig eller din butik igen. Ordet kundorienterad kan man ofta se i arbetsbeskrivningar, men i vardagligt tal inom retail f\u00f6rekommer ofta uttrycket \u201cKunden \u00e4r kung\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c5terv\u00e4nder dina kunder till dig?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De flesta s\u00e4ljare p\u00e5st\u00e5r sig vara kundorienterade, men det \u00e4r inte alltid som rekommendationer och beslut baseras p\u00e5 kundens behov. Ibland kanske s\u00e4ljaren fattar ett beslut som baseras p\u00e5 annat, som exempel finns det varum\u00e4rken som arrangerar s\u00e4ljt\u00e4vlingar hos sina \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ljarna ska v\u00e4lja att rekommendera just deras produkter. I ett annat exempel s\u00e5 \u00e4r mj\u00f6lken placerad l\u00e4ngst in i en dagligvarubutik f\u00f6r att konsumenterna ska handla mer. I b\u00e5da dessa l\u00e4gen har du tappat kunden \u00e4r kung.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Vill du leva efter devisen \u201cKunden \u00e4r kung\u201d, d\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags att du behandlar kunden utifr\u00e5n det.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Ta vara p\u00e5 tillf\u00e4llet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att kunden ska k\u00e4nna sig som kung, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det i huvudsak kundens behov, intressen och g\u00f6randen som ska vara i fokus. Ta tillvara p\u00e5 det tillf\u00e4llet och det m\u00e4nskliga m\u00f6tet, det \u00e4r den enda faktorn som n\u00e4thandeln inte kan g\u00f6ra b\u00e4ttre. V\u00e4rdera en n\u00f6jd kund framf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning, det kommer l\u00f6na sig i l\u00e4ngden.
