S\u00e4ljarens roll \u00e4r ett av m\u00e5nga yrken som har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats under det senaste decenniet. Internet och e-handeln har spelat en sj\u00e4lvklar roll i det hela, men hur upplever s\u00e4ljaren skiftet? Vad \u00e4r egentligen skillnaden fr\u00e5n d\u00e5 till nu? H\u00e4r ber\u00e4ttar vi mer om de nya kraven i servicem\u00f6tet med kund.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I en studie om Personalens roll i servicem\u00f6tet, framtagen p\u00e5 Lunds universitet, fick butikspersonal svara p\u00e5 vilka f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar de upplevt i sin yrkesroll under det senaste decenniet. I studien ingick \u00e4ven ett hundratal observationer av servicem\u00f6ten i butik. N\u00e5got som var framtr\u00e4dande i studien, var att kunden har h\u00f6ga krav p\u00e5 tillg\u00e4nglighet och \u00e4r mer sj\u00e4lvg\u00e5ende idag. Detta inneb\u00e4r nya utmaningar f\u00f6r butikss\u00e4ljare som har sv\u00e5rt att bed\u00f6ma var i k\u00f6presan kunden befinner sig.<\/p>\n

Idag upplever s\u00e4ljarna att kunden f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig att de ska ha h\u00f6g produktkunskap om allt som s\u00e4ljs i butik och i webbshop, samt att de ska k\u00e4nna till allt som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 webbsidan. Butikspersonalen upplever att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e4nga med i alla dessa informationskanaler.<\/p>\n

Tillg\u00e4nglig<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Tidigare var det helt normalt att s\u00e4ljaren stod bakom en disk och v\u00e4ntade p\u00e5 att kunden sj\u00e4lv kom fram om de beh\u00f6vde hj\u00e4lp. Nu f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig kunden att s\u00e4ljaren kommer fram till dem. Tyv\u00e4rr finns s\u00e4llan marginalerna f\u00f6r att vara fler s\u00e4ljare p\u00e5 golvet, och att ha koll p\u00e5 alla kunder samtidigt \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt enligt s\u00e4ljarna.<\/p>\n

Snabb service<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Kunden f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig att snabbt f\u00e5 den hj\u00e4lp de beh\u00f6ver, vilket leder till att butikspersonal som \u00e4r upptagen med varuplockning eller annan lagerhantering f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas sl\u00e4ppa allt och vara tillg\u00e4ngliga.<\/p>\n

L\u00f6sa logistiken<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Dagens s\u00e4ljare l\u00e4gger mycket tid p\u00e5 logistikfr\u00e5gor. Det kan handla om att s\u00f6ka i systemen om en viss vara finns inne i en annan butik eller p\u00e5 en annan ort, att h\u00e4mta paket p\u00e5 lagret som kunden sj\u00e4lv best\u00e4llt eller visa vart en viss varuhylla \u00e4r i de fall kunden sj\u00e4lv s\u00f6kt fram lagerstatus och hylla p\u00e5 butikens webbsida.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
