Det har inte funnits n\u00e5gon given svensk \u00f6vers\u00e4ttning av Mystery Shopper<\/strong>\u2013 som \u00e4r brett i sin betydelse \u2014 men l\u00e5t oss ist\u00e4llet s\u00e4ga butiksobservat\u00f6r eller butikssupporter beroende p\u00e5 vad syftet med observationen \u00e4r. En ben\u00e4mning som i st\u00f6rre grad uppfattas som v\u00e4rdefullt, inspirerande och utvecklande f\u00f6r butikspersonalen.<\/p>\n

Coachande butiksbes\u00f6k<\/h2>\n

P\u00e5 Remarkable tror vi p\u00e5 butiksbes\u00f6k d\u00e4r personalen k\u00e4nner att de utvecklas, till exempel genom coachning direkt i sin egen butiksmilj\u00f6, snarare \u00e4n ett negativt resultat i en rapport tv\u00e5 veckor senare. Hur g\u00e5r det till i praktiken?<\/h2>\n

En butiksobservat\u00f6r bes\u00f6ker angiven butik under en specifik tid och dag. Antingen presenterar sig observat\u00f6ren direkt, eller s\u00e5 genomf\u00f6rs ett k\u00f6p utifr\u00e5n en mall och i ett f\u00f6rbest\u00e4mt skede presenterar sig observat\u00f6ren och f\u00f6rklarar syftet och vad som observerats. Detta har varit mycket uppskattat och givande f\u00f6r personalen.<\/p>\n

Tre riktlinjer f\u00f6r butiksobservationer<\/h3>\n
